Update August 2023: The issue has now been resolved. Resuming subscriptions now works as expected, and can be handled completely within the payments system.
If you have resumed a suspended subscription before August 2, 2023, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that your renewal date is correct.
We have recently discovered a minor issue with resuming suspended subscriptions for training fees. While we are working on this with the vendor, there is a manual workaround in place.
In the meantime, reactivating subscriptions will be handled manually.
When you want to reactivate your subscription, please follow the instructions as per the user guide, and forward the email confirmation to email@example.com. Please check that your email includes the effective date that you want to resume the subscription on.
All other functions of the online payments platform (eg: creating, cancelling and suspending subscriptions) are not affected. Thanks and apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.
