We have been advised by our technical support and online payments platform vendor that the subscription suspension feature is now active and working as expected.
What this means is that if you pay for training online with a subscription (weekly, monthly, etc), and you wish to temporarily suspend (pause) for any reason, you can do now this yourself without sending a manual request form.
The suspension will take effect immediately, pausing any requests to your nominated payment method.
You can then resume your subscription whenever you want. Again this is a self service and you should not need to send a manual form for this anymore. The link to the manual request form on our website has been removed so people can’t do this by accident.
If you do not need to suspend your subscription, or if you pay by class or in person, this feature does not affect you.
