Cancellation, Refund and Suspension Policy
Suspend Training Subscription
Students must self manage suspension, it is effective immediately. Only one suspension per subscription period is allowed. It is up to the student to reactivate when they wish to return to training. There is no time limit to the suspension.
Students must self manage their cancellation, it takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro rata refunds are provided. Students can reactive the cancellation up until the end of the subscription date.
Dojo Training Subscriptions
In general, refunds will not be given as students are able to self-manage their subscriptions. Students can suspend or cancel their dojo training subscriptions until they want to resume/restart it. It is the student’s responsibility to understand these options and make the necessary changes to their subscription before the class starts.
Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. Students who feel they have justification for a refund must apply in writing to email@example.com. Medical certificates or other relevant evidence may be requested. If appropriate, your local instructor may be consulted about the requested refund. Depending on the individual circumstances, either a full or partial refund may be granted. Where refunds are made, bank and transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
TTC/Special Days of Training
All requests for refunds of TTC/Special Days training fees must be applied for in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests must be made within 14 days of the TTC/Special Day.
In general, instead of refunding the training fee, the preferred method would be to authorise the student to train at the next TTC/Special Day at no/reduced cost. If granted, the student will be sent an email with the conditions, which they will be asked to show at the next TTC/Special Day that they wish to train at.
Depending on the individual circumstances, partial refunds for TTC/Special Day training fees may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Childrens’ Term Fee
No refunds will be given for individual classes missed during the term. If there are exceptional circumstances, requests for term fee refunds must be applied for in writing to email@example.com
