Due to scheduling clashes with other groups’ events scheduled at the dojo, the usual Glen Waverley Dojo Special Day of Training will not be held at the usual time this year.
Instead, we will host a dan grade preparation focus class on Saturday 25th October, 1-2:30pm. This class will be taken by Linda Godfrey Sensei (rokudan).
The remaining Saturday afternoons for 2025 at Glen Waverley Dojo will be
- 22 November – 1-2:30pm (note different time)
- 20 December – 4-5:50pm
All dates are published on the Aikido Victoria Google Calendar. Please subscribe or refer to the calendar in case of last minute changes.
All students are welcome to attend, however these classes are targeted at first kyus and above – with a particular focus on preparation for dan level grading.
Since we are incurring extra costs to hire the scout hall to run these sessions, they will be charged as Special Day (Half Day Concession) at $15 each.
Note: These classes will not be considered Special Days for the purposes of grading – just normal dojo training.
