Submitting your Child Safe training completion record

Follow these steps to upload your Child Safe online training completion record.

Note that the steps are the same for each module, but the links to submit each record is slightly different. Please take care to submit your records using the correct link, or your results may not be tracked properly.

Click the images to make them bigger.

  1. Complete the training and score 100% to pass the Knowledge Check at the end.
  2. You will see a popup window with your results (completion record) and a button to download a PDF file.
  3.  Download the PDF file somewhere that you can easily find it again.
  4. Click the X button on the popup window to close it.
  5. You will see a link to submit your completion record. Click the link to go to the submission form.
  6. Follow the instructions to fill in your details and upload the PDF file. 
  7. Click Submit when you are done.
  8. Repeat as needed for each module you need to complete.

Troubleshooting

If you get an error message when uploading your completion record, check the filename. Remove any special characters such as apostrophes ‘ or semi-colons : from the file name and try it again.
