Notes for Victorians
Please register for the school as soon as possible. Please lighten the load on our volunteers by not leaving it until the last minute.
You can pay for training now if you know how many days you wish to attend. You can also do it as you go during the Summer School week, as the e-commerce platform will remain available throughout the school, unlike previous years.
We will have facilities at the registration desk to pay online if you don’t have access to the payments platform yourself. If you think you’ll need to do this, please arrive early to allow the volunteers in the rego team the opportunity to train as well.
Please sign the Child Safe Code of Conduct ASAP.
This is a requirement for everyone for normal dojo training as well as Summer School. There is no reason to wait until Summer School to do it. You will hear us repeat this request over and over again, so please understand how important it is to have it done.
Special notes
Concession rates
Anyone requiring concession rates, and does not have a recognised concession card, please first contact Linda Godfrey Sensei via aikidovictoria@gmail.com to get an authorisation. You must upload this proof when you registration, otherwise you will not be able to complete and submit your registration.
Instructors Course
1st kyus and above – please RSVP for this course. Do also consider going if it has been more than 3 years since you last attended.
Post Grading Formal Dinner and Party
